Así finalizamos mi semana número 9 de 12... después de haberme comido dos súper hamburguesas 🍔🍔🍔🐷🐷🐷... . No se si encajo en el rango de fitness, pueda que si, pueda que no, soy de los que come dulces, pizzas, perros, helados, hamburguesas y todo lo que se le denomina "comida mala", soy de los que rumbea, toma guaro, cerveza, guarapo 🤣 etc. Pero también soy de los que como carnes magras, pechugas de pollo, muslos de pollo, huevo, pescado, brócoli, verduras, frutas, arroz, pastas y todo lo que se le denomina "comida buena".... . si soy fitness o no es lo de menos, lo que realmente me importa es que me siento bien conmigo, cuando es de comer limpio lo hago y cuando es de comer sucio también lo hago... . Sigo la dieta flexible porque es la que me a funcionado y me permite tener una buena alimentación sin necesidad de excluir ningún alimento, me permite tener vida social y me permite disfrutar los procesos que se haga, entonces... si tengo adherencia y resultados porque cambiar... no se cambia lo que disfrutas y lo que funciona... . Ser flexible es mucho más que comer, ser flexible es ser responsable, disciplinado y tener sentido común... Esto es básico; . Entrena fuerte . Descansa adecuadamente . Come bien "comida nutritiva" . Incluye alimentos que te den esa adherencia dentro de tu plan. . No abuses de ningún alimento "nutritivo y poco nutritivo" porque hasta el mejor alimento te puede engordar.... . TEIL II Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich die neuen Trends tatsächlich auch akzeptieren kann. Junge Mädchen die mit 23 Jahre schon alle gleich aussehen (Botox, Hyaluron, gemachte Brüste, Nase und trotz allem kein Selbstbewusstsein, falsche Vorbilder, Werte etc.) Mein Respekt haben alle „Influencer“, für die es ein Vollzeitjob ist und die Ihren Unterhalt damit verdienen, aufgrund Ihrer großen Reichweite. Was ich aber über Kim & Co. und viele andere Influencer mit einer großen Reichweite denke, behalte ich an dieser Stelle lieber für mich. 😉 Letztendlich kann ich selber entscheiden, wen ich interessant finde und wem ich folgen möchte. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es auch einige tolle Funktionen wie „blockieren“ die ich auch ab und zu nutze, weil manche Instagram tatsächlich mit Tinder oder Parship verwechseln. 😅 Oder die Funktion „entfolgen“, die ich für die „Follower Jäger“ benutze. 👌 Auf jeden Fall viel zu viel Kalkulation, wenn man mich fragt. Je oberflächlicher, desto erfolgreicher. Ich frage mich oft wohin geht diese Welt…🤔 Jetzt habt ihr mich vielleicht ein bisschen mehr kennengelernt und ihr könnt entscheiden ob ich euch immer noch sympathisch bin. Ich bin ziemlich direkt und nicht diplomatisch, deswegen sollte ich weiterhin am besten einfach nur Fotos posten, schön lachen und nicht tiefer bohren. 🤣 Ich treibe schon viel länger Sport, als ich hier auf Instagram bin und ich brauche eigentlich keine Likes um mich zu motivieren und ins Fitness zu gehen, aber ich bin sehr froh eine wahnsinnig tolle Community zu haben. Ich freue mich weiterhin auf euch alle - Marathonläufer, Bergwanderer, Jogger, Fitness - Junkies, auf eure tollen Urlaubsfotos, das Meer, die Berge… danke für eure Motivation. When I first started, I was too anxious for change and would obsess over comparing before/afters every month. Esistono diversi di fare questo esercizio. HIP TRUST. 🍑💪🏻 1-sdraiata con la schiena a terra e sollevando appunto il bacino 2-come in questo caso, alla leg extention 3-appoggiando le scapole alla panca e posizionando un bilanciere (o un manubrio) sul bacino E altri ancora.. OK MA COSA CAMBIA? -Cambia prima di tutto la quantità di peso che riesci a sollevare (per esempio nell'opzione 1 o li fai a corpo libero, ovvero senza peso, oppure comunque è logicamente più difficile mettere più peso sopra di te. Mentre nell'opzione 2 e 3 riesci a caricare quanto vuoi, e puoi ovviamente [io 12 ripetizioni le faccio con 36kg] -cambiano i muscoli più o meno coinvolti a seconda della distanza delle gambe dal corpo, dei piedi tra loro, della posizione dei piedi, ecc. ecc. - IMPORTANTE: non inarcare la schiena, contrarre il muscolo una volta "arrivati su", e tenere le ginocchia che formano un angolo di 90° I muscoli coinvolti sono i GLUTEI🍑 e praticamente tutti i muscoli delle gambe! - Sono OTTIMI esercizi per un leg day bello tosto.💪🏻 - Ho cercato di racchiudere in breve i punti importanti, ma ho dovuto davvero abbreviare.
